- high vacuum (< 10^-6)

- large mechanical loads (peak acceleration up to 1500 g)

special requirements towards TECs characteristics:

- high cooling rate > 10 K/sec,

- high cooling power density  >20 W/sm² , etc.

Technological features:

During the production of these modules ceramics AIN is used with thermal conduction > 180 W/mK or superfine substrate materials Al₂O₃ (100%), special thermoelectric elements with low height and high mechanical solidity and thermal bridges with small intercell gaps and small contact heat resistance.

Versions of performance:

- substrate material plate material - ceramics AlN or Al2O3 (чл-100)

- gold plating or  solder tinning

- assembly solder from 139њу to 232њу (max assembly temperature: from 95њу to 220њу)

- mounting on cold or heat radiator, body or cold block.
